Michael J. Kartsounis
Michael J. Kartsounis graduated with Honors with a B.A. in Economics in 1996 University of Illinois. DePaul College of Law Class of 2000. After Admittance to the Illinois State Bar, he obtained a position as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Will County, Illinois. Served as a Prosecutor within the Criminal Prosecutions Bureau of the Will County State’s Attorney’s office. Worked at the law firm of Rusin, Patton, Maciorowski, and Friedman Ltd focusing on Employer Defense. Then began as a solo practitioner appearing in Circuit Court throughout the State of Illinois concentrating in Foreclosure Defense, Workers’ Compensation, Criminal Defense/Traffic and Civil Litigation.
Robert L. Allen was born and raised in Chicago Il. He graduated from John Marshall Law School in 1991 and his legal experience over the past twenty plus years has ranged from personal injury, criminal defense, bankruptcy and transactional work, but for the past twelve years Mr. Allen has been practicing exclusively in the real estate area, including mechanics liens, residential transactions, litigation and foreclosure defense.
Originally from Michigan, Anne graduated from the University of Michigan in 1989 as a Graduate of Distinction and was a James B. Angell Scholar from 1987 – 1989 in personal injury, debt defense and personal bankruptcy. She moved to the Chicago area in 1989, and attended DePaul University College of Law, graduating Juris Doctor in 1993. Soon after, Anne began practicing law in Illinois in the area of civil litigation.
